Support from RSO Information regarding calls and opportunities. Administrative and support : • Declarations of Honour (when applicable) including securing signature from the President when needed in the application phase (based on ”School confirmation”). • Securing signatures on Grant Agreements/Accession to Grant Agreements in the Funding&Tenders Portal. • Drafting Consortium Agreements (when KTH is the Coordinator), rewieving/ negotiating CA: s when beneficiary - Civil law and Contracts unit at RSO and other agreements such as amendments, secondment agreements etc. • Guidance regarding the EU-regulations in both the pre- and postaward phase. Always available for support and guidance regarding issues related to reporting, mobility and much more throughout the project life-cycle. • Information/training sessions twice per semester for EU-staff at KTH Schools. Vinnova Information/support and guidance supplied by the National Contact Persons and information-sessions. Vinnova handles applications to CO-FUND from KTH. 2
