PEP 20 -20 • • This is All India Competition Duration of the competition will be 60 days – June 1 st to July 31 st 2011 It’s open for all Franchisees All Franchisees will be split into City and Outstation categories based on the classification as established during World Cup Season II Competition Basics. • • • This is a PEP Growth competition on PEP TS of April month The competition is based on daily PEP T/S. The Franchisee will earn the points on the PEP TS and Bonus points on specific subproducts • Total 100 Prizes in City and Outstation Category @ National Level. • 10 Prizes in each category @ National level. • Prizes include Trophies, Certificates and Cash. • 3 Winners & 7 consolation prizes in each category. 2

Conditions for Winners • There must not be any dues for TS upto 31 st July 2012 as of 30 th Sep 2012 • They must have branded offices • They must have Service Tax registration with all details provided to Company 3

Category For Franchisees City Franchisees n To qualify in the competition, the franchisee requires to achieve the minimum growth over and above his average PEP TS over a period of two months 4

Category For Franchisees Outstation Franchisees n To qualify in the competition, the franchisee requires to achieve the minimum growth over and above his average PEP TS over a period of two months 5

Points System n n n Basic Points ¨ For every Rs. 100/- of Plus/Blue/PTP booking the franchisee will earn 1 point PEC Points ¨ For every Rs. 100/- of PEC booking the franchisee will earn 1. 25 points Priority Points ¨ For every Rs. 100/- of Priority booking the franchisee will earn 1. 25 points Green Points ¨ For every Rs. 100/- of Green booking the franchisee will earn 1. 5 point No-Lane Penalty ¨ For every No Lane booking the franchisee will be penalized 10 points and the TS against the No Lane booking will not be considered for the competition 6
