Ops Metrics Data Entry Timeline Ops Metrics data entry milestones, email notifications and tollgates within each metric reporting period: X Days Prior to Period End Date Reporting Period End • First data entry reminder sent with data input fields • Auto-Generated Metrics are automatically generated and populated – this takes place irrespective of email activation • Empty data rows and goals are created for all entities for which no data has been submitted Reporting Period Start Y Days Prior to / After Period End Date • Second data entry reminder – Business Option • Includes data input fields for all entities that the user is assigned • By default, email is Not sent if data has been input for the entity • Auto-Generated Metrics are automatically updated to reflect any recent changes to underlying data – this takes place irrespective of emails Application Configuration Options: • X, Y and Z are set at the business level for each reporting frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) X Y Initial Notification • Summary email sent to Site lead, delegates and ops Leads for entities past due • Data entry for the most recently completed reporting period is locked for users without rights to add/edit all reporting periods – this takes place irrespective of emails Application Tollgates: Sent by Default?
