Helping both sides We are here to give assistance to both Landlord and Tenant, because by promoting a good relationship we can make sure everyone remains happy. • We aim to foster good communication links between landlords, housing benefit administration and support agencies to ensure early identification of vulnerable tenants in the event of missed rent payments and other issues. • We aim to intervene early to tackle the reasons for missed rent payments or accruing arrears to prevent them from escalating to unacceptable and unmanageable levels, preventing homelessness where possible.
How can we help Landlords? • Offer a mediation service between Landlord and Tenant • Make sure rent owing is paid, developing repayment plans and helping to claim benefits • Save money by ensuring your property remains occupied • Develop budgeting plans • Avoid costly and needless evictions • Build a lasting relationship between you and your Tenant
