LOGGING INTO PARENT/STUDENTVUE Begin by typing: www. PXU. org/Chav ez into your web browser The Cesar Chavez HS Homepage will appear Click on “Parent/Student Vue” in the upper ribbon of options
The next page you will see looks like above You will click on “Log in to Parent. Vue/ Student. Vue” If you scroll down on the page there also one- page directions on how to access Parent. VUE in both English & Spanish
LOGGING IN The next page will ask whether you are a Parent or Student Each needs different login info and accesses different information Choose Student USERNAME is your SCHOOL ID# Ex: 4100000 PASSWORD is your PXU ISSUED PASSWORD Ex: 1 Pu_ _ _ _ Then click “Login”
Once logged in – your Student. Vue will look like above Take Special Focus on the Tabs to the left – each has a specific set of information about each student Ø SYNERGY MAIL – Inner-Electronic Email Ø CALENDAR – Schedule of upcoming student and school events Ø ATTENDANCE – Detailed record of students Absences/Tardies
TAB EXPLANATION CONTINUED Ø COURSE HISTORY – Record of all classes currently being taken, completed or not completed in the student’s high school career – credit history as well Ø GRADE BOOK – Most up to date grades from each of the student’s classes – as posted through Synergy Ø REPORT CARD – Latest Report Card posted by each teacher including comments Ø SCHOOL INFORMATION – General information from the school including contacts emails for any and all Teachers/Staff working on campus Ø STUDENT INFO – Detailed information for every student including their Contact Information, Home Address, Phone Number, Emergency Contact information Ø ALSO HAS THE STUDENT’S PXU ISSUED EMAIL!!!! Ø DOCUMENTS – Any uploaded documents in regards to students, including records, etc.
