For magazine publication, I've decided on the publisher 'Future Publishing'. The reasoning behind this choice is their past history with publishing many different magazines consisting of many different genres, the length the company has been involved in the business and the continued expansion of their brand shows they understand business. The intended primary/target audience is towards young teenagers, of around 13 to 18/21 years of age, of both male and female demographic. There is not a specific aim on any individuals ethnicity or religion, if applied. Some designs in the magazine may appear to cater towards an individuals ethnicity, but not intended to do so. The demographic focus of readership, on NRS grade would be C 2 - E; as the general public, applying age wise, is to be the primary focus. An extra positive to focus on the intended NRS grade is the possibility to bring in another audience to possibly expand the branding. To expand further, using psychographic factors, the aspects of the magazine can appeal to personality, values, opinions, attitudes, interests, and lifestyles of the target audience, including but not limited to; colour/style choices on clothing, personality conveyed by the clothing choices and figure, etc. An intended, and in most cases, an effective, way to appeal to the audience in question, is to cater and focus to the likes and fashions, based on what is observed to be the current trend(s). To be able to know what's currently 'in-fashion' and likable to both age and gender audience(s), research will have to conducted. This research in question can quite possibly take each month or even every week to really have a strong understanding of the audience. This research method will be a primary way to get an understanding of the fashion environment, alongside looking into secondary sources to further develop an understanding of our audience(s) and even more-so, their likes, dislikes and even what could be placed into the magazine for

The included content magazine will be heavily in relation of fashion in young teenagers. All fashion choices are based on what appears to be trending within the specified age range, and the ideas of the fashion choices are all based from preliminary research that has been handled beforehand changes every month (depending on if that trend has had a significant change or not). Other inclusions of content in the magazine will all be based around the idea and concepts within the fashion business, this ranging from fashion reviews submitted by the magazine staff and possibly from some audience members who can submit reviews, looking into upcoming fashion ranges and certain items of clothing based in the focused age range, a look at old fashion trends and certain items of clothing from years ago, alongside possibly going over how well they would sell in the modern market, relevant advertising, etc. The magazine will be produced in both physical paper format and in digital format, to be available as an application on mobile devices, including various Apple, Android and Amazon devices, alongside an alternative online format which can also be viewed on mobile devices (and could technically be viewed on personal computers also, if an individual is unable to obtain a mobile device). The physical paper format has a planned bi-monthly print and publication schedule. Each issue averages a page total of around 80 -100 pages containing the variety of content which is to appear in the magazine. The digital format will contain the same as physical, with extras of viewing certain content online and viewing imagery in higher quality, but the difference is , to view the content, the individual must sign up to a bi-monthly subscription. A 30 -day free trial is applied at first to every starting user who uses the app.

The magazine publication will have separate entities on both online and social medias. The online portion will cover as a website. The website will include news stories from the fashion industry over the "past week", with highlights and articles, alongside the larger news stories being primary and presented on the main page, with users being able to scroll through the different stories. Social Media will be sorted in similar manner, with links towards the articles on the site. The platforms which will be used are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; these platforms have a very high user base with the vast majority of them being used by teenagers, being an easy and effective way of communicating with and brining in the audience. Alongside that, an attempt will be made to communicate with the audience, from responding to questions left on posts, to sharing fan messages and comments sent to the accounts. The primary focus of advertising is to be related to items, accessories and other miscellaneous products that fit in with fashion, and because of the universal usage of advertisements, they could include products towards the more adult audience, but more toned down to keep it suitable to all audiences. Content for advertising that could also be included can be other products and items the age range might find interest in, from advertising a book, film, video game, album, mobile application, etc. The way adverts will be presented in the magazine will be single paged consisting of one during the first couple of pages, two different adverts in the magazines centre, and then the last one placed on the last page. The online/app version of the adverts will allow users to visit the site of the product by clicking on the ad to be able to get more information about it.

The way I feel into what makes this exact magazine concept really different and unique from other magazines on the market, is the potential to tap into an untouched market in relation to the younger generation and fashion genre in the United Kingdom, and quite possibly other countries. By having a sub-genre open to use and tinker with can allow a possible rise in popularity, a growing and improved business model, allowing the expand grow with what is done, and with this it could possibly open up other individuals to attempt to join in the market and maybe compete with. What also makes the magazine concept interesting and different is how direct it will present its information, meaning that nothing included will be 'over the top' and blatant lies, this will be from the fashion reviews to opinions, everything included will be honesty and truth, no in-betweens or anything.
