Pests Cockroaches Flies � Not necessarily found in dirty � Often found in summer during kitchens � Biggest problem is kitchens with lots of clutter – give hiding places � They are active during night � They hide behind fridge, inside dishwasher, behind sinks and around hot water systems cooking time � Ensure that food are properly covered � Kitchens can be equipped with fly screens and self closing doors � Use fly traps, and change them regularly
