CONTENT ICT-14 -2016 -2017: Big Data PPP: cross-sectorial and cross-lingual data integration and experimentation Ø ODIN – ORCID and Data. Cite Interoperability Network – was a two-year project which started in September 2012, funded by the European Commission’s ‘Coordination and Support Action’ under the FP 7 programme. Partners in ODIN are innovators in science, information science and the publishing industry: CERN, the British Library, ORCID, Data. Cite, Dryad, ar. Xiv and the Australian National Data Service (see Partners). The ODIN mission ODIN built on the ORCID and Data. Cite initiatives to uniquely identify scientists and data sets and connect this information across multiple services and infrastructures for scholarly communication. It addressed some of the critical open questions in the area: Following on from achievements of ODIN, we’re continuing the good work on Project THOR. For more information, visit the Project THOR website.

CONTENT/CREATIVITY ICT-21 -2016 Support technology transfer to the creative industries ICT-36 -2016 Boost synergies

CONTENT/CREATIVITY ICT-21 -2016 Support technology transfer to the creative industries ICT-36 -2016 Boost synergies between artists, creative people and technologies Ø ACE Creative is about helping creative businesses to accelerate and grow internationally. How? By connecting companies with clients, investors and useful contacts in other countries. Ø The main objective of the project SOMATCH is the improvement of the competitiveness of European SMEs dedicated to fashion design and Textile & Clothing (T&C) sectors by the collection, definition and visualization by ad hoc interfaces of fashion trends. SOMATCH will provide creative designers with detailed and reliable trends estimations and forecasts of user acceptance. Its goal will be achieved by the creation of an innovative tool for the mining and visualization of large sets of unstructured data, related to the use and preferences of fashion products by consumers, supporting T&C companies quick reaction to the market dynamics and better adaptation of design to real consumers’ demand.
