Ventory plans to create a Patent Portfolio Repository of 40 ideas (Wave 1) in Technology and Business domains and develop/deploy these into over 700 solutions in the Service Delivery space (Wave 2). The initial plan involves building an Idea / Patent Portfolio Repository. A unique Process Workbench Engine will flush out the solutions to customers in several Categories spanning Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Change Management, Configuration Management, Information Modeling, Total Cost of Information, Time Value of Delivery…etc. All these solutions aim to bridge the gap between Business, Applications and Technology Platforms in IT Service Delivery. Target Buyers include Large, Mid-Market IT and non-IT Companies, Start-ups, Specialized Product and Service companies, Idea / Patent Portfolio Companies and Research Companies. Today, the Outsourcing bubble has burst and has forced service companies to rethink their model and come out with innovative ideas. Idea. Ventory aims to bring “Killer Application Process” ideas that are required in today’s Service and Solution Delivery marketplace and present the “Idea Sourcing” model. These ideas can be quickly developed and deployed and are Platform and Technology independent. Idea. Ventory is the brainchild of Sudin Baraokar, a Computer Engineer having spent over 17 years in IT and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Information Strategy. For the better part of this decade Sudin has served in IBM and GE covering several roles like Consulting BDE, IT Strategist, Architect and Delivery Executive. Senior Advisors, Industry Thought Leaders and Mentors will be joining Idea. Ventory Team in October 2009. Idea.
