There are varying degrees of complexity depending on the individual families concerned. A fairly simple tree can be drawn based on Liebe Schneider. 4. For increased levels of difficulty, Liebe’s brother-in-law Nicholas and his family could be added. Extension: Can the different relationships be identified and named eg uncles, grandparents, cousins? Can they draw a family tree for an historic figure eg Henry VIII or Queen Victoria?
