Describe how your community has organized around the issues of homelessness and housing and who has been involved. • • Prior 10 -Year Plan 2003 - Blue Ribbon Panel on Homelessness 2005 - Denver's Road Home & 10 -year plan Created 2005 -2015 – Denver’s Road Home leads 10 -Year Plan implementation 2015 - 10 -year plan to end homelessness concludes • • • Current 20162017 Coordinating Services and Housing across the City 2017 – 5 Year Housing Plan in development - includes strategy for homelessness 2017 - Creation of the Office of Housing & Opportunities for People Everywhere (HOPE) • • • Future Initiatives Increase Permanent Supportive Housing & identify dedicated support services funding Launch Shelter Diversion Pilot Continue One. Home implementation Social Impact Bond Initiative expansion Increase Eviction Assistance & Property Tax Rebate programs

What do you feel are the key factors in being able to declare victory with regard to homelessness in your community? • Regional partnerships • Better integration of services into shelters • Focus on housing, health and jobs strategy
