High Performance Coaching Programme We are happy to tailor our approach in discussion with each client but our standard High Performance Coaching programme consists of an initial 3 hr “deep dive” session followed by SHFB calls and then 5 x 90 minute sessions, including two 3 -ways. Coaching ideally takes place face to face at our Bloomsbury Offices but can, if absolutely necessary, be via Skype, zoom or phone (We particularly encourage the first “deep dive” session be done face to face whenever possible).

DELTA 360 Goals Survey Online Tool We also recommend the use of our DELTA 360 GOALS SURVEY technology to monitor progress towards the coachee’s goals. This solicits 5 minute online feedback from key 360 stakeholders regarding the agreed goals at 6 intervals over a 12 month period.
