Hello Year 3, My name is Andy Warhol and I am an artist. Today I am going to show you some of my most famous pieces of work.

Andy Warhol was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA in 1928. He helped develop fun periods of art. Pop Art one of the best known and most He became very famous. An art superstar! Andy Warhol had a natural talent for art. His mother encouraged him when he was little. She was artistic herself. He had a severe illness when he was young. It made him shake and feel nervous. He also lost his skin colour. He had to rest in bed a lot and so read many books, magazines, listened to the radio and drew. He loved to learn about the lives of glamorous film stars. He started to make money as a commercial artist producing drawings for magazines.
