Contracts can be amended Last RFP (Douglas/Klamath/Lake) will be re-issued this month, and to contract by April 1, 2016.

Healthy Families Oregon � 25% Match Requirement All programs have an increased match requirement because their allocation increased. Some programs are worried that they will not be able to meet this match requirement, and agency Boards have been reluctant to agree. � Discussion: HFO Coordinator is proposing to change policy in PPPM that defines what funds can and cannot be used as Match.

Current PPPM Language re: Match Cash Match Can be used as Local Match Cash

Current PPPM Language re: Match Cash Match Can be used as Local Match Cash donations from local businesses, school district(s), or service groups Private cash donations Cannot be Used as Local Match State or Federal funds received from the Early Learning Division such as state General Funds, Medicaid Administrative Claiming, or Family Preservation and Support County General Funds Third party payment of HFO staff who provide core services General or Federal funds received from other State agencies such as DHS, OHA, Employment Division, Dept. of Justice, Grants from foundations Grants and/or contributions from local faith organizations Federal grants received directly by the local program for the purpose of delivering HFO core services Funds received that do little to contribute to sustainability of the program or do not build community support
