In-house Audio-Visual Equipment The chart, In-house Audio-Visual Equipment, in the Hotel-specific Sales Information Guide lists audio-visual equipment we keep at the Hotel for providing meeting services. There is no charge for meeting customers using this equipment in the quantities that we have on-hand when paying full meeting-room rental rates. When a customer needs greater quantities of audio-visual equipment than we have on hand, there is usually a rental fee. Audio-Visual Rental For the many audio-visual items not kept on-hand at the Hotel and needed by meeting planners, we offer high-quality rental equipment. We offer an Audio-Visual Equipment Rental List to these clients. The rental prices offered clients must always include the Hotel’s commission, if any. The Audio-Visual Equipment Rental List must meet all of the standards of the Hotel’s printed materials, such as including the Hotel logo, telephone numbers, street address, Web-site address and e-mail address.
