Training Plan Participates- All staff who scored below 45% on any of the 3 assessments Duration- 2 weeks, Monday-Friday 1: 00 -2: 30 pm Individual instruction- Monday-Friday 6: 30 -7: 00 am Review- quarterly and as needed Classroom observations- during teacher’s prep time only Administrator will conduct classroom observations, review lesson plans and give feedback weekly.
