EPCRA – Facility Responsibilities l Submit Planning Notification if an Extremely Hazardous Substance (EHS)

EPCRA – Facility Responsibilities l Submit Planning Notification if an Extremely Hazardous Substance (EHS) is or was present at the facility at or above the Threshold Planning Quantity (TPQ) l Facilities must promptly supply the LEPC with information requested that is necessary to complete an off-site plan. l Submit annual Tier Two Chemical Inventory Report by March 1 st to WEM, LEPC, and local Fire Dept. l Must submit a chemical list or MSDS within 90 days to WEM, LEPC and local Fire Dept. l Pay Wisconsin fees – Range: $205 - $1, 540 per year for Tier 2 – One time planning fee of $1, 080 – Late fees
