Student Support Services Department of Students Affairs • promoting integration of students into university life; • registering student clubs and contributing to the implementation of student projects; • promoting to providing students with employment (organizing employment forums and providing information about existed vacancies); • organizing season schools; • planning and implementing sports activities; • planning interesting projects, public meetings, workshops and events; • registering any impediments to learning process and ensuring permanent communication with the administration.

Student Support Services Program 1 + 4 The aim of the program is to make higher education available for ethnic minorities. • On December 11, 2016, we conducted training for school teachers in Akhaltsikhe # 5 Public School. Based on the fact that the delivery of Armenian-language entrants Iliauni 1 + 4 program is quite low, we plan to rectify the statistics. Among them is a very effective way to conduct trainings for teachers and school directors because they have a great influence on the decision making process of entrants. 30 teachers were trained from different schools in Akhaltsikhe and they have been awarded with certificates.

Student Support Services In 2016 -2017 15 informative meetings were held, which was attended by more than 1, 500 ethnic minority entrants. They were informed about 1+4 program and wrote theme “When I'll finish school. . . " 50 best works were selected. They visited the season school of ISU and passed free General Skills Courses.
