HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR PATIENT ONLINE? The online service gives you 24 hour access

HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR PATIENT ONLINE? The online service gives you 24 hour access to the Practice and your records. Once registered, you can: • Check a summary of your medical records, including details of your medication, allergies & sensitivities, and test results • Book a GP appointment up to 4 weeks in advance (Same Day appointments cannot be booked online) • Order repeat prescriptions It’s important to register for Patient Online, as from January 2018, you will no longer be able to order prescriptions by email. To find out how to register, speak to the Reception Team. You will need photo ID to obtain your username and password. WE CAN SEND PRESECRIPTIONS STRAIGHT TO YOUR CHOSEN PHARMACY! The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS Service that allows us to send your prescriptions directly to a pharmacy of your choice, electronically. Your chosen pharmacy can be anywhere near to where you live, work or shop, saving you the hassle of having to collect the paper prescription from the surgery. To nominate a pharmacy for us to send your prescription to, check that the pharmacy offers EPS (most do!) or someone at the surgery can do it for you. You don’t need a computer to use this service, just remember to let us know of any changes. “HOW LIKELY ARE YOU TO RECOMMEND OUR PRACTICE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY IF THEY NEEDED SIMILAR CARE OR TREATMENT? ” This is the question NHS Midlands and East want you to answer to ensure that you have the best possible experience of care. 87% of our patients surveyed said they are likely or extremely likely to recommend this Practice to friends and family. Let us know your thoughts. What do you like and how could we improve? You can feedback anonymously, if you choose. Just ask at Reception for a form or complete online via our website.
