2018 -2019 Goals Increase EC-6 (non-PPR) pass rates to 85% Met – EC-6 – 82% Met – SPED – 100% Met – 4 -8 – 100% Increase program enrollment Current enrollment – 680 (Fall of 18 and Spring of 19 total) 2017 -2018 enrollment – 686 (Fall of 17 and Spring of 18 total) Increase recruitment activities and visibility Met – True Blue Friday/Discover ASU/Discussions with High Schools/TAFE Review and realign courses and standards Still ongoing

2019 -2020 Goals Maintain non-PPR certification pass rates at 90% or higher Increase recruitment

2019 -2020 Goals Maintain non-PPR certification pass rates at 90% or higher Increase recruitment activities by 5 -7 events and evaluate if the events are truly increasing our enrollment. (Already spoken with CHS, CFC, and SAISD Director of Career and Technical Education about working together next year) Review alignment of program and course standards; Deadline 1: Fall Data Day Increase sophomore to junior retention by 10% (long term goal of 3 years) We will also address the challenges mentioned later
