OEM's need to establish partnerships within a new value chain. New players are entering the market with electric vehicles. Meanwhile China is developing as a lead market for new energy vehicles. User Experience: The user wants his time in a vehicle to be meaningful, comfortable and enjoyable. Furthermore there is an increasing need for individualisation of own vehicles vs increasing success of sharing vehicles. OEM's need to monetize the time that users spend in their car. Agility in development and production: The automotive industry is changing rapidly with new regulations, innovations and new players that are entering the market. Automotive OEM's need to be agile and show high adaptive capabilities.
