Resilience is important because no matter what life throws our way, whether it be a bad grade or a pandemic, we must remember that we are strong and we can overcome anything we put our mind to. Times may get tough but we are tougher. If at anytime you feel you can’t handle a situation or you are feeling overwhelmed, please reach out to your school counselor or a trusted adult. They are here to help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. Growth Mindset When times get tough, it’s important to have a growth mindset.
