Best Practices for Recording Note: All KCC Pro accounts have Zoom Meetings defaulted to record whether on campus or working remotely. 1. If possible, look into the camera rather than looking at your screen. This gives the feeling that you are looking at your attendees and talking with them, not at them. 2. When starting to record, tell your attendees that you are recording. 3. Put into the chat window that you are recording, that way when late comers enter the meeting they will be aware that they are being recorded. 4. If you are editing your recording, do not edit out where you are telling attendees that you are recording. Note: All attendees will have a recording icon in the Zoom meeting, however, this does NOT take the place from informing your attendees.
