Abstract: �Technology became a major factor in all the professions, Library and Information Science is also not an exception to this. During covid 19 pandemic situation webinar takes a major role in LIS professions. Now webinar are the need of the hour. This paper tries to find out a comparisons between Zoom, Cisco Web. Ex, Go-to- Webinar and Google Meet Webinar software applications and among these which webinar software apps are best as compared to price, easy to use, audio-video quality, no. of panellists/ participants attended, reliable as compared to security purposes and features.
Introduction : �During the last few years technology became a major factor on the library scene. In this pandemic situation of Covid 19 online webinars are need of the hour.
Contd…. �A webinar is an online discussions, presentations, lecture or workshop that is transmitted over the web. Webinars allow group of participants to engage in online discussions or trainings, events and share audio-videos, slides, files- even when they are not in the same place as the meeting host or in the same room where the event or presentation is taking place.
Contd…. �In recent pandemic situation no one can deny benefits of technology. We can share our knowledge and experiences to others by sitting in our own home through webinar software applications. In this pandemic period like other fields LIS professionals also organises webinars, seminars, and workshops through different webinar software applications. �Among of different webinar software applications we must know which software is best as compared to price, features, number of audiences/ panellists attended, easy to use and reliable for security purposes.
Objectives: v This paper tries to find out comparisons between Zoom, Cisco Web. Ex, Go. To. Webinar and Google Meet. v To know about which application is more user-friendly, easy to use. v To know which application is cost effective. v To know which is better as compared to Audio-video qualities. v To find out which is reliable applications as compared to security purposes? v To find out which is effective for live streaming, recording etc? v To know about how many panellists and participants are joining at a time. v To find out the problems and prospects of Zoom, Cisco Web. Ex, Go. To. Webinar and Google Meet.
Scope and Limitations: �The study is limited to four webinar software applications and the data were collected in August, 2020.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: �The data collected from different sources are arranged according to year of webinar software applications released and then presented in tabular forms and finally data are analyzed and interpreted.

Data analysis from Table no. 4. �Table 4. highlights the common features among these selected webinar apps with regards to HD videos, Screen Sharing, Host Controls, Chats, Live Streaming etc. In case of Google Meet Inhouse live streaming is available with the G Suite Enterprise, G Suite Enterprise for Education and G Suite Enterprise Essentials users. Among these webinar apps Go. To. Webinar provides automatic e-mail invitations, confirmations and reminders. �Among these webinar software’s, each and every software has a pros and cons. Zoom is best as compared to features, but there is a security issues. Google Meet is also good, but there is a problem if you left from the webinar due to network problem or some other issues then previous messages of chat box are not found.
Conclusion: �All the webinar software reviewed here are high quality with good functioning and all of them offer webinar creation without programming and design knowledge.
