A little bit of history… One of the most famous mazes is the Cretan Labyrinth According to legend every year King Aegeus had to give a human sacrifice to King Minos The sacrifices were place in a maze with a minotaur and were inevitably eaten King Aegeus’ son, Theseseus, volunteered one year in order to try to kill the minotaur He succeed by laying twine as he travelled through the maze so he could find his way back after slaying the beast
