Timeline Term 1 Event Remarks Week 1 Fri (5 Jan) Orientation • Sports CCA trial • CCA Orientation. • Students to sign up for at least one visit per week. Week 2 Recruitment • 1 week programme • Students to have the option to visit the various VPA , UG and Club/Societies Week 2 Registration • Students are to register through the CCA Option Form Week 3 Data processing • To be done by CCA Unit Week 4 (22 Jan) Allocation • Students would be made known of their CCA allocation Week 4 -7 (22 Jan – 16 Feb) Trial • Students will begin participation with their designated CCA Week 8( 19 -23 Feb) Appeal • Submission of CCA Transfer Form(if any) Yishun Secondary School We Seek, We Strive, We Soar
Allocation (& Appeals) There will be a cap to the number of students for CCA (Sports) due to venue and resource constraints Most students will be allocated the CCAs of their choice ( either first or second) Most students are to go through their allocated CCA ( week 4 -7) before they can change their CCAs All students can only change CCA once Yishun Secondary School We Seek, We Strive, We Soar
