Youth Work Youth work is the creation of conditions to promote the diverse development of young persons which enable them to be active outside their families, formal education acquired within the adult education system, and work on the basis of their free will (Youth Work Act, 2010) 2017 1
Statistics Population of Estonia is 1, 3 million people Population of Tallinn is 439 517 people (01. 2016) By 01. 2017 there were 91 531 youths at age 726 in Tallinn Unemployment rate among youth (15 -24 y) in Estonia at first part of 2016 was 13, 4% (general unemployment rate in Estonia for all groups 1574 y was 6, 8%)
