2020 -2021 Mentoring Program: Framework for Success Timeline: 2021 2020 1 August September 2 November October 3 January December March February 4 May April Progra m Start ID July June 5 Progra m End Task Objective 1 Kick-Off Meeting Set the tone for the program and provide guidance 2 Performed Mentor and Mentee Matches Determine Mentor/Mentee match 3 Introduction Calls/Communications Facilitate first meeting discussions between Mentor and Mentee 4 Mid-Point Meeting Provide support by determining the success of the matches and the continuous communications between Mentor/Mentee 5 Closing Meeting A survey will be conducted in order to gather information around the success of the program, share best practices, and set the tone for the 2021 -2022 Mentoring Program Scheduled Breakout Sessions Throughout the duration of the program, we will offer opportunities to meet with mentors/mentees and share valuable insights
