Question 3: How much do you want to spend? Generic cards are cheap (we already have them) A laser color printer is pricey – but we already need one for other projects A card laminator has an initial setup cost and will require card pouches (which aren’t that expensive) A plastic card printer may be very pricey considering maintenance and operating costs and is only worth the expense if we are planning on producing a lot of cards over the next many years and want a very professional end product Outsourcing is going to be extremely expensive in the long run at several dollars a card
