Within Our Control NONRECURRING Activities Returns to Homelessness • Partner with behavioral health programs, medical programs and workforce development programs • Life skills and tenant training • Connect clients with social supports • Progressively engage clients Successful Placements • Develop deeper relationship and rapport with clients and conduct full assessments • Develop deeper relationships with landlords • Focus on move-on strategy where appropriate (opens space for someone else). Partner with PHAs. • Develop more RRH, PSH and affordable housing

 MAG staffs the Maricopa Co. C and reports SPMs to HUD. IMPACT If

MAG staffs the Maricopa Co. C and reports SPMs to HUD. IMPACT If we improve our SPMs, we may get more funding for Co. C programs for our community! What you do daily matters!!!
