Young Voices Genting Arena (on the NEC site) Thursday th 26 January 2017

Arrangements for the day • Children will have lunch at 11. 45 am- they will have sandwiches/hot lunch as normal • Choir will leave school at approx. 12. 15 pm • Rehearsals will take place during the afternoon • Children will have their packed tea during a break prior to the evening concert (at approx 5 pm) • The concert starts at 7 pm and doors open at 6 pm • The concert will finish at 9. 15 pm

• ALL children will travel there and back on the coach • ALL children will be picked up from the junior hall when we return • If you are not attending the concert, please be at school to pick your child up at approx. 10. 15 pm. We will get back as soon as we can! • Look at the Genting arena website for car parking information. • If a tshirt wasn’t ordered then a plain white tshirt will be needed (PE tshirt is fine) • No video or cameras with removable lenses will be allowed into the arena • Look out for us and the Chawson banner! • Don’t forget to download the app! If you have misplaced the code to access the photos, please speak to Miss Trevor who will be able to tell you what it is.

What to bring on the day • All children will need to bring a packed tea and drinks with them (no glass bottles are permitted in the arena) • Children to come to school wearing their Young Voices tshirt or plain white t-shirt under their school jumper • Remember to bring their Young Voices torch if ordered • Young Voices supports the Fare. Share charity, supporting people going hungry in Birmingham. If you are able to, please send your child with a tin of food so that we can help support the charitythank you. • Book bags will be left at school on the day- the only thing they will need with them is their packed tea, a coat and charity food donation (they will be wearing their tshirts)- their bookbags can be left at school until the morning
