• Ben has progressed within the company from an assistant level role to managing his own projects. • Ben has been directly involved in ensuring that our projects are delivered in an environmentally sustainable way, with the responsible sourcing of materials and responsible disposal of waste generated on site. • Ben has embraced the Considerate Constructors scheme which has resulted in one of his larger sites achieving a ‘performance above compliance’ rating, resulting in an award which will be presented at their next ceremony being held in April 2016. • Ben is able to draw on his previous experience as a ground worker and his experience as an estimator to understand the needs of our supplychain partners. • We consider that Ben combines the best of old and new approaches to construction. On the one hand he has fully embraced our traditional values and commitment to quality craftsmanship, and on the other hand he has shown an aptitude for working in a modern collaborative fashion with project stakeholders, including our customers, supply-chain partners and the wider community.
