So you want to do a Community Challenge? This Community Challenge Guide will help you come up with an idea, plan and have a few tips to help you out along the way Plan Do Review Before you start planning make sure you’ve got lots of pens, paper, snacks/brain food and a great team!

BRAINSTORM: COME UP WITH AS MANY IDEAS AS POSSIBLE - WRITE, DRAW, USE POST-IT NOTES TO RECORD THEM ALL. REMEMBER: KEEP IT POSITIVE AND GIVE EVERYONE A CHANCE TO CONTRIBUTE 3. DECIDE: TIME TO PICK WHICH IDEA YOU’RE GOING TO MAKE HAPPEN! PUT A TIME LIMIT ON THIS OR IT COULD TAKE ALL DAY TO DECIDE. TRY A SECRET VOTE IF YOU’RE CHOOSING BETWEEN A FEW GREAT IDEAS.
