Objectives At the end of the session, participants will be able to: • Analyze and assess the selection process, criteria and rating scale used by the ENLACE Project to identify “best fit” students for its global health immersion programs. • Define measurable selection criteria and develop a rating scale for each criteria used to identify “best fit” students for their specific global health programs. • Outline a similar selection process utilizing criteria specific to the mission, goals and objectives of their specific and unique global health programs. 3
