Best Self • WE all have to find our “happy” first or you will chase the opinion of others and seek value in their opinion instead of your own! • What adjectives can be used to describe your best moments? • Think of your best memories or times you were proud of your accomplishments… What adjectives would you use to describe them?

Best Self Statements!! • NOW…. . Circle three that are your most favorite • Create “I am. . . ” statements using those three words!! • The goal is to shift to your best self, rather than the other self. This is when you can make a difference and live the life you’re supposed to live. Your personal anthem!
