Peter introduced me to Jack who said he was pleased to meet me. I replied that it was my pleasure, and that I hoped Jack was enjoying his stay in Winona. He said he thought Winona was a beautiful town but that it snowed too much. He said that he had been staying at the Best Western Hotel for three weeks, and that it hadn't stopped snowing since he had arrived. Of course, he said, this was surprising because it was already April! Peter replied that Jack should have brought warmer clothes. Jack then said that he was going to fly to Hawaii the following week and that he couldn't wait to enjoy some sunny weather. Both Peter and I commented that Jack was a lucky person indeed.
