Department of Agriculture, who argue, sometimes with meager or incomplete evidence, but often with none at all, that global warming is not a problem. Statements were carefully tested and used ONLY if the association believed (and later demonstrated) that they would confuse the lay person and cause him/her to question the available scientific evidence.

They made technical claims, with abundant reference to poorly tested, misleading experimental data. CLAIMS:
