Travelling Down § Meet 1: 30 am Wednesday at school (with all belongings) § Give any medication/money to group leader § 2 am – Depart school § Stop at services on the way (buy breakfast) § 9: 20 am – board Eurotunnel § 12 pm – Arrive in Calais and drive to Belgium
Day 1: Wednesday 2 pm – Visit to Passchendale, Ypres cathedral and market 5 pm - Anticipated arrival at hotel, evening meal, relaxation time (or bed!)

Day 2: Thursday 8 am – Breakfast 9: 45 am – Menin Gate 10 am – Flanders Field Museum 11 am – Meet tour guide and visit Essex Farm Cemetery, Langemark, Tyne Cot, Hill 60 Belgium market (aka Chocolate heaven) 5: 30 pm – evening meal at hotel

Day 2: Thursday 6: 30 pm – Depart hotel back to main square 8 pm – Last Post Ceremony at Menin Gate Return to hotel for some creative poetry writing
Day 3: Friday 7: 30 am – Breakfast 10 am – Visit to Wellington Quarry Cost: € 2. 50 person (pay on arrival) 11: 30 am – Depart and visit Newfoundland Park 1: 20 pm – Depart and head to port 4: 50 pm – Depart Calais 11: 45 pm – Anticipated arrival at school (website/Facebook will be updated)

Pod (no connection to internet) Camera Spending money for market (50 euros max in envelope + British money for services there and back) Medication (to be given to group leader) No mobile phones or i. Pads, flip flops, suitcases the sizes of houses
