Day 1 - Maths Tens Frame Using our number bonds to 10 from last week 9+6= 1. We need to make 10 2. So we move one counter from the 6 to make 10 3. So now we have 10 +5= which we know is 15 Now to try this one… 8+6= 1. We need to make 10 2. So we move 2 counter from the 6 to make 10 3. So now we have 10 +4= which we know is 14 8 + 6 is the same as 10+4 they both equal 14 3
