Amy’s entry Amy’s project for the reading challenge is a rap about Cleopatra (character in the book ‘Top 50 Horrible Histories Villains). Cleo ruled Egypt with Ptolemy She always said “I don’t need a brother me!” Me did not fair well with this queen Soon Ptolemy was nowhere to be seen! Her boyfriend Julius Caesar He also did not please her And Eventually he lost his life By the point of a very big knife! Next Mark Antony shared her home But unfortunately lost the battle with Rome. What happened next? You ask Cleo died by the mouth of an Asp
Rosie’s entry I have had lots of fun reading while in Lockdown. I have read an electronic book called the Day the Crayons quit! It was very good. My favourite crayon colour is purple. I read a non-fiction book about Meerkats!. I found out lots of amazing facts. I loved reading about a puppy called Scout in the Unwanted Puppy! Me and my big sister Molly read Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone together!. My favourite girl character is called Hermione. She is on the front cover of one of my favourite books. My favourite book is called the Lion King. Nala is my favourite character! My brother Liam read No-Bot, the Robot with No Bottom with me. It was really funny! We also read George’s Marvellous Medicine by Roald Dahl together. It was really good. Here is my photo collage. I hope you like it!
