The Mock Process Timetable Monday 21 st June – Wednesday 30 th June (examinations will be in the college block We are collapsing the timetable from 21/06/21 to 29/06/21. Tuesday 29 th June – Wednesday 30 th January Therefore you will only need to be in College if you are sitting an (practical examinations in departments) exam. Students with clashes will be given an individual timetable

6. 2 Student malpractice: Any action by the student that has the potential to undermine the integrity and validity of the assessment of the student’s work. The following are examples of malpractice by students; this list is not exhaustive and other instances of malpractice may be considered by the school at its discretion: Plagiarism of any nature. Using notes or work in controlled conditions or examinations in such a way as not permitted eg taking in preprepared answers, notes or crib sheets to use in supporting answers and therefore gaining an unfair advantage. Using phones, smartwatches or other devices to gain an unfair advantage while taking controlled assessment or examinations. Collusion by working collaboratively with other students to produce work that is submitted as individual student work. Copying (including the use of ICT to aid copying). Deliberate destruction of another’s work. Fabrication of results or evidence. False declaration of authenticity in relation to the contents of a portfolio or coursework Impersonation by pretending to be someone else in order to produce the work for another or arranging for another to take one’s place in an assessment/examination.

The Mock Process Timings Morning Exam 8. 50 am – Arrival in college Talk from department representative 9. 00 am – Morning exam begins Afternoon Exam 12. 15 pm – Early lunch 12. 50 pm – Arrival in college Talk from department representative 1. 00 pm – Afternoon exam begins

The Mock Process Practical Information Punctuality Return to Lessons Water/ food Equipment Mobile Phones/Electronics

The Mock Process Arrive Early Due to the exam period being fit into 1. 5 weeks there are lots of different start times. The time on your timetable is the time the exam begins. You need to arrive 30 mins before the time on your timetable

Phones/Smart watches • These are not to be brought into the exam room • Leave these either at home or in your locker

Equipment • NO equipment will be provided to you • Pen (and spares) • Pencil • Ruler • Rubber • Sharpener • Calculator (Or any other maths equipment such as compass or protractor)

ID card • Your ID card will need to be placed on your exam desk • You’ll need to buy a new one this week • No exceptions

Water bottles • Clear plastic bottles • NO labels on the bottles • Try to avoid drinking so much that you need the toilet

During the exam week • There will be no timetabled lessons in the first week of exams • Everyone is back in lessons the second week from Tuesday – 13 Students will be completing Practical exams

The Mock Process Results Day Mock Exams Results Day will take place on 16 th July 2021 once all papers have been marked. This will give you time to reflect upon the process and work out where your efforts need to lie. More information will follow ASAP.
