Management Summary Ø For the first few years Xtreme Xperience will initially be managed by the six co-founders of the company and handle the day to day operations as a whole. Ø Each partner in Xtreme Xperience is very qualified and well trained in the activity they offer, and will be in charge of it. Also other staff members will be hired in the future once we start getting busier.
Organizational Structure Ø We each will basically be “top managers” which are the upper level managers that have the most power and who take overall responsibility for the organization, and each of us will have an equal amount of power and say in decision making. Ø In the future we hope to all be trained in each activity so we can eventually expand, train new employees, and open more extreme sports complexes and possibly each have our own place. Ø Upon expansion we will hire a Director of store operations to oversee all of the sports complexes, and delegate responsibility to each of the store managers. This will provide a supervisory level between the executive level and the store management level
Organizational Structure Ø Then the Manager of each complex will handle the daily operations and deal with the employees. Ø We also will be hiring an accountant to keep the books for our company, and a janitor for the upkeep and overall cleanliness of our Xtreme sports Facilities. Ø Initially in the future we each will run a sports complex , but eventually we will be able to step back some and let our managers handle the majority of the business.
Management Team Ø Executive Level Managers: Tyler Cmelik, Brittany Upshaw, Jacob Scraper, Jessica Kuegler, Jason Robinson, Samantha Rusk; Ø We are all responsible for the overall management of the Xtreme Xperience sports complex, and for providing leadership, direction, and control for all aspects of the company's activities.
Management Team Gaps Ø As of right now the only management team gap we have is that we have to rely on an outside CPA to handle our finances which we plan on hiring in the future, other than that our companies management team is very sound.
Personnel Plan ØAt Xtreme Xperience we want our employees to be happy which is why our lower level workers will start out at around 9 dollars an hour which is well above minimum wage, and as our company grows we expect our salaries and employees to grow also.
