CONCLUSIONS • The situational analysis showed that there was a positive environment for the CIAC development • We should not limitate our activities. Instead, we should increase them, with creativity and innovation • It is neccessary to change the present organizational and functional structure • Self-sufficiency will be obtain in the short term (2002) • It is very important, for the aeronautical environment, the development and growing of Civil Aviation Training Centers 16
