XAGĦRA FACTS • Xagħra (Maltese : Ix-Xagħra) is a village on the island of Gozo in Malta. • Xaghra is between zebbug and Nadur it is on the noth side of the island
XAGĦRA SQUARE
THE XAGĦRA FEAST. • The feast is celebrated every 8 th September, locally known as "Il-Festa tal-Vittorja" commemorating the victory of the Maltese under the Knights of St. John over the Turks in the Siege of 1565. The feast of the Nativity of Our Lady has been since then a traditional national holiday.

XERRI’S GROTTO • First a well and then an air raid shelter • Xerri’s grotto is an underground site in Xaghra, Gozo. This cave was discovered in 1923, underneath a house, while the owners were digging for a well.

THE CAVE OF CALYPSO In this cave used to live a girl name calypso and not only that the cave was called the cave of calypso also gozo was called calypso.
TOYS MUSEUM This museum had started with one 18 th century doll. This has museum started collecting more toys from around the world
CARNIVAL IN XAGĦRA Xaghra celbrates carnival by means of traditional dances, carnival floats and competition of best costumes. This year a carnival thematic comedy shall be introduced.
