Issues • Demand Management • Emergence of new applications: • Telephony over Wi. Fi. • Wireless only office. • Wireless storage.

Issues • Not all mobility devices support VPN. • Many cases requires licencing (Cost). • Awareness of issues when travelling internationally.

There needs to be a lot of work done in this area. • Demand Management. • Need for mobile device management: – Secure – Monitor – Manage – Remote Control

Is this a good thing? How can this be managed / rewarded? • New policies needed around work from home and the establishment of the home office.
