The DMM Solution DMM defines the requirements and activities for effective data management, it is not prescriptive about how an organization should achieve these capabilities, thus enables you to build a customized roadmap for data management implementation. The product suite supporting the DMM features are standard method for conducting objective non bias evaluations of the organizations data management program and organization partner program, and successive training courses leading to certification as an Enterprise Data Management Expert (EDME). DMM model provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating data management practices, increasing the scope and engagement of data governance and implementing best practices for adoption and application by all organizations. A standard assessment methodology allows organizations to measure and benchmark themselves against global industry specific defined best practices. The model is organized on 5 categories and 25 process areas. These process areas serve as the principal means to communicate themes, goals, practices, and predefined best practice example work products of the model.
