Geo. Ref – Hired a contractor in early 2010. Expected to launch late Fall 2011 (as scheduled).

‘U 30’ Outflow of 2008 Higher Qualified Personnel (HQP) Report • Suggestive evidence in the US that as many as 1/3 of earth science graduates end up working outside the profession and most of those disappear in the first 10 years after graduation • HQP report showed anticipated need for huge numbers of earth scientists especially in Mining and Environmental sectors in the next 5 -10 yrs • Conclusion: focus on ‘U 30’
