Paper Abstract ¡ In this paper the design of thermoacoustic refrigerators , using the linear thermoacoutic theory, is described. Due to the large number of parameters, a choice of of some parameters along with dimensionless variables will be introduced. He design strategy is a guide for the design and development of thermoacoustic coolers. Optimisation of the different parts are also given.
