Proctors Each room is assigned 2 proctors. Proctors should discuss with each other and decide who will sign out and return all materials. Proctors must not engage in any activities that interfere with monitoring testing. Such activities include but are not limited to reading, grading papers, using electronic devices, etc. Proctors are allowed to use cellphones to contact Wendy’s cell phone number will be on a handout in your test material basket, do not call, texting is preferred, except for proctors in the Patriot Hall where there is no cell phone signal. Proctors must actively monitor all students by walking the isles frequently to ensure no cheating is happening

Students should be instructed to put their name on each piece of scratch paper used. All used scratch paper will be turned in to central office. All scratch paper must be collected and returned.

Exit the test (NOT “submit”) – click upper right corner “sign out of Testnav” 2. One proctor should escort the student(s) to the Patriot Hall/Library, ensuring the security of all testing materials including the test tickets, test booklets, answer documents, and scratch paper. 3. Students are not allowed to discuss the test in any way during this move or have access to any educational materials.

Report attendance to STC – mark in roster and write “Absent+date” on test tickets, place those tickets on top Please return all materials in the same fashion as they were received: Separate test tickets from scratch paper. Bundle used scratch paper together and unused scratch paper together. Neatly wrap headphone cords. Make your materials as organized as possible.
