Adventure time A thesis? To write a thesis, you first need to know the difference between fact and opinion. Remember a fact, is something that can be proven true or false. 1. Zombies are the living dead. 2. Zombies are superior to vampires. 3. The walking dead is an ultra-violet television show.

Thesis Statement Characteristics Thesis Statement It is what your essay will prove. It answer the main question your essay prompt asks. Without a thesis, you do not have an essay. It is the most important sentence in an essay. Put your thesis at the end of your introduction. It has two parts, a subject and an opinion.

Editing • Do not use I, Me, My when you are expressing an opinion.

You could not write about anything else. Note: you may either an open or closed thesis in my class; I have no preferences. Some teachers do, so keep in mind their preferences.
